QUESTION: Is shipping really free?
ANSWER: YES! Basic UPS ground shipping is free to all continental United States addresses, excluding APO/FPO addresses. Canvas Wraps are all shipped via UPS, and tracking is usually available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available. For Canada or Alaska/Hawaii shipping questions, please email or call me and I will inquire about shipping prices. At this time I am not shipping to other countries. The price you see quoted is the price you will pay; no hidden costs will be added. QUESTION: What sets your Artist Canvas Gallery Wraps above other, widely-available canvas prints?
ANSWER: The canvas I have chosen for my artwork is genuine premium Artist Canvas, printed with vibrant inks that assure exceptional fade resistance. Unlike the majority of popular canvas photo art offered all across the internet, every 1-1/4 inch deep frame which displays my art is built with a solid face to support the front of the canvas and prevent sagging and creasing. The back of the gallery wrap is finished with a sturdy backer board (not merely fabric), and has hanging hardware installed. (No open frame, exposed staples or dust settling inside.) Corners are tightly and professionally finished flat. The sides of your canvas will be printed with an extension of the artwork in a mirrored effect. This extra indulgence is known as a premium gallery wrap. A clear acrylic coating with a satin luster completes the artwork with the idustry’s ultimate protection. There is a marked difference between mass-marketed canvas prints and the Fine Art quality canvas here at Sacred Invitations. The fine company who prints my canvas artwork does business with professional artists and photographers exclusively. I want you to feel confident that you are purchasing a premium quality original canvas that surpasses in all regards the mass-produced products which are available commercially.
QUESTION: What exactly are fine art prints?
ANSWER: Sacred Invitations art prints are printed in a professional photographer’s photo lab using standard “E” lustre surface professional papers. The quality is unavailable to the non-professional, and is unsurpassed for brilliance and vivid color. I believe the prints are the best available anywhere. The labs I work with were chosen through a selective process and do a fantastic job for each order.
QUESTION: What if I receive a shipment that is damaged?
ANSWER: If you receive a canvas or a print that has been damaged in shipping, please do not accept the package if you notice damage while the delivery person is still there. If the damage is noticed after the delivery person has driven away, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and the product. Please notify me immediately by phone or email, or within 24 hours of package receipt.
QUESTION: What about returns?
ANSWER: Refunds or exchanges will be granted if you have received the wrong item, the item is faulty due to manufacturing defects, or the item arrives damaged from shipping. All photography canvas wraps and fine art prints are custom artwork and made to order. Because of their custom nature, I cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations on any artwork after the order is placed with the printers. Please choose carefully.
QUESTION: Do you offer custom artwork?
ANSWER: Yes! Text on every piece in the gallery is subject to customization. Please contact me through email or phone to discuss your ideas and requests. I may be able to create custom sizes or amendments per your requests, also. Contact me!
QUESTION: How long does it take to receive my art?
ANSWER: Production of your canvas or print usually takes up to 4 days from the date you place your order, excluding weekends. Once shipped, it can take up to one week to receive your artwork via standard UPS ground service. Tracking is usually available and I will send you that information, as well as shipping updates upon receipt of it. Remember that this is custom, high quality fine art, and will be made specifically for you. Precious things take time! You can opt for quicker shipping but I would have to pass the higher shipping costs on to you. Again, contact me for pricing on special shipping requests. Holiday shipping schedules are subject to amended deadlines that I will try to post for your convenience.
QUESTION: Is gift wrapping available?
ANSWER: No. Your artwork will be shipped directly from the professional printing location. No gift wrap is available.
